Was driving through and my tire warning light went off. It ended up being a nail. This was the only place that was open on a Sunday and open as late as they were. I was able to get in 30 minutes before they closed, and they fixed it up in just 15! I am super, super thankful to them, and appreciate their kindness. Definitely recommended.
The absolute worst service we have ever had. Had an appointment at 2pm today. Arrived at 1:45pm and waited at the store. Our vehicle wasn’t brought in to be worked on until 3:45pm, nearly 2 hours after our appointment time. After another hour of waiting and wasting our day, the mechanic walked out to inform us that he “didn’t want to fix the lighting harness because the screw was stripped and he didn’t have time.” This being said even though we had an appointment three hours earlier in the day. This Firestone is a complete waste of your time and money. Very disappointed.
