Road hazard waste of money on my tires. Since primewell tires are “not their tires” they don’t ware them. You have to go through primewell to get your warranty covered or reimbursed. They don’t tell you that when you get the tires. Just buyer beware. They are not the company they used to be Shop around and ask questions about your purchase . I will be moving to another service for tires and auto care Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

The absolute worst service we have ever had. Had an appointment at 2pm today. Arrived at 1:45pm and waited at the store. Our vehicle wasn’t brought in to be worked on until 3:45pm, nearly 2 hours after our appointment time. After another hour of waiting and wasting our day, the mechanic walked out to inform us that he “didn’t want to fix the lighting harness because the screw was stripped and he didn’t have time.” This being said even though we had an appointment three hours earlier in the day. This Firestone is a complete waste of your time and money. Very disappointed.

Needed a tire plugged. I was told that because I didn't have an appointment, he would have to wait until after his next appointment, which wasn't coming in for another 30 minutes! I'm sorry that I didn't schedule an appointment before I got a random bolt through my tire on the freeway!
