Kelly and her team at Johnstown, CO Brakes Plus is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I have taken our vehicles (diesel F350 and a Jeep) to many shops and this place is by far superior! They are honest and trustworthy and Kelly always goes the extra mile to make sure you are fully taken care of and understand what is going on with your vehicle! They have saved us from a huge vehicle catastrophe and we are so thankful for them! I highly highly recommend this store and specifically Kelly!! Highly recommend the service team at brakes plus; they go above and beyond for their customers! Came in to have my engine coolant line serviced due to my car overheating; Kelly and her team did a great job of working on my car. What was supposed to be a couple hour job turned out to be a 2-day one and I ended up only paying for the original quote of a few hours of labor. They stood by their word even when the work was longer and more pricier than quoted originally! I will continue to give them my business! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mrs. Kelly was amazing. Very thorough in the diagnostic process and considerate of my budget. She set me up with a plan that I could afford for future maintenance needs and took care of the bigger problems I could afford at the time. I highly recommend anyone at her shop. I most definitely will be using them again!!
