I brought my daughter's SUV in, and Spradley Auto Body went above and beyond my expectations. The ladies in the office are very informative, and so helpful. They called me with updates several times letting me know where they were in the process. They did an amazing job on the vehicle. They also thoroughly cleaned our vehicle before we picked it up. Very friendly staff, got me right in, looked at my vehicle, gave me a quote and was in and out in less than a half hour.

Horrible service. My screen on my Expedition has not been working at all for 2 years and we have been trying to get them to fix it. They keep pushing us around. This week they told us to bring it in to look at it again. So after 3 days of having it with no word, we called. The lady was super rude and told us we didn’t have an appointment and she has 26 vehicles sitting out there. She told us that if we wanted an appointment, we can get one in July! We told her we did have an appointment and she hung up on us! We have been trying to get this fixed for 2 years. 2 years! Why would we bring our car in there if we didn’t have an appointment?! I realize everyone is short handed. But that is no excuse for bad customer service and rudeness! There are signs on business’s doors stating this but yet, it goes both ways! We have always bought Fords. We now are looking into different brands. I would NOT recommend buying, or having a vehicle fixed through Ken Garff. It has been such a headache.
