Gerber Collision & Glass

Gerber is an unprofessional business. I took my car in and they said it would be done in 2 weeks but then they had to do more cutting to see if there was anymore damage and extended my completion date to a month. Still over a month now and I still haven't got my car back. These guys keep raising my estimate price and I do not believe they are working that much on my vehicle because it would have been done by now. What kind of business are you guys running. Very disappointing!

I called them to get my insurance claim worked on. They were on the State Farm website as a preferred body shop. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed over the phone with the details of my car make and model. I went to the estimate they took pictures and wrote up a claim. They even had me call state Farm to get a release form. Once they sent me the estimate they told me they aren't authorized to work on Audi. Why couldn't they have told me this when I scheduled? Now I have to do the whole process over again somewhere else. Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

The entire staff is friendly and very open with their communication. They make everything easy for you, so you don’t have to worry about anything. Love the fact they text message twice a week with updates. Shout out to the entire crew for being awesome!!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
