Gerber is an unprofessional business. I took my car in and they said it would be done in 2 weeks but then they had to do more cutting to see if there was anymore damage and extended my completion date to a month. Still over a month now and I still haven't got my car back. These guys keep raising my estimate price and I do not believe they are working that much on my vehicle because it would have been done by now. What kind of business are you guys running. Very disappointing!
I have had my car serviced by Gerber Collision three times over the last two years and every experience with them has been great. They have taken great care in making sure I am consistently updated, as well as taken great care in making sure my car looks and runs just like new. The employes I have engaged with have been extremely friendly and helpful, specifically Brooke, Billy, and Duran. There is not doubt I will be visiting Gerber again upon my next collision or hail repair. Thank you!
