Fast service. Shuttle was wonderful. Great communication! Did what they said they would for the price they quoted and got it done early. I was very impressed!

They have a shuttle service which will drop you off & pick you up from your place when your car is at the shop. That's a really nice extra. Two of their main selling points that they have posted everywhere are something along the lines of 1) "We tell you the cost up-front before we do any work" and 2) Free full-point inspection. I set an appointment for an oil change and for my drivers seat because it could recline but could not move in the other direction. I left it with them in a slightly uncomfortable, but very drivable, position, and they gave me a $150 quote to determine the issue. That was fine. They then gave me the fix for the issue ($1500 replacement from Korea, btw). I can not afford that, and it is not worth fixing at that price, anyway, so I asked them what it would cost for them to disconnect the seat's motor and leave the seat back in a comfortable spot. Horrible customer service. Get a call that my truck is ready at 3:56pm then get another call while in route to give them 30 more minutes. Then I get to location and they make me wait again. Then I checked in at the door and sat on their couch and they have the nerve to say they forgot about me. I had to walk out and check on my own truck to find out it was ready and demand my freaking keys. Avoid this location if you value your time. Will not be back to this place and will be taking our entire fleet of 57 trucks elsewhere.
