Caliber Collision

This is been by far the worst experience I've had trying to get my car repaired. They tried to "fix" my car only did the outside of it. Didn't bother even touching the actual problem. When I took it back I was told they can't figure it out and they had to send it to the dealership. Well I waited a month and they forgot my vehicle was even over at the dealership until I started calling and asking questions. I still have yet to hear from anyone about my vehicle. I niw have to pay out of pocket to repair my car cause they couldnt. I thought with this place being a Collison repair place my car would come back how it was before the accident but they can't even fix my car back to how it was before!

Caliber Collision is absolutely fantastic! This is the 3rd time that I have worked with one of their locations (Loveland, Cheyenne, Greeley). Each time I have received exceptional service. They are very communicative and pleasant to work with. Each time that something unexpected has happened to my car, they have managed to relieve so much stress during these unfortunate situations.
