Low tire light came on. Dan had the issue resolved very quickly. Great service, great staff.
Guys got me in and did my brakes, I think they did a great job!! Went to Big OTires the next month, the guys got me in, put on my front brakes and resurface my rotors!! The guy did a great job, my rotors looked brand new and my brakes work perfectly!!!???? Thank you Big OTires mechanics for a great job!!!????????????
I bought some tires from them about a year ago recently noticed it slowly on one of them I went to get it repaired three different times on three different days at least an hour and a half waiting so I finally went to Discount Tire so I realize business gets busy but to be put on hold like that three different times in a row especially since I bought my tires from them initially kind of blew me off
