Big O Tires

I've been going to this location since they opened for many years. John is a great owner and on this visit they discovered a noise coming from my front axle was due to all the lug nuts being loose from the last tire shop I was at.

I've had the last straw with these guys I tried to be understanding when I stopped by to grab something out of my car and they couldn't find my keys !! My boyfriend ended up checking to see if the car was unlocked not only was it unlocked my keys where in the middle conceal. Some one could have stole my car too easily. They charged me 3200 took a month and a half to fix my car and then told me I would need another part cost 700 plus labor. They told me it was drivable but failed to mention that my traction control and four wheele would not be working. Being the middle of winter you think this would be mentioned. I got my car back with temp lights still the one tire I bought from them for 280 dollars has been my problem tire and goes flat everyother day I'm at a point where I don't even want to go in to have them adress this problem. Excellent customer service and work performance. Luke and his team were amazing. I highly recommend them. I am a big O customer for future needs for sure.
