Abra was, hands down, the best autobody repair business I have ever dealt with. Chris was my rep and she kept me informed each step of the way. They did an outstanding job - including the interior/exterior clean up before they handed the car back over to me. No matter who I spoke with they seemed to know and understand the status of my car. Everything was great until I got my car back. Very disappointed about how they have been giving me the run around about the back bumper of my Cadillac. They gave me my car back hopping I wouldn't notice the back bumper not fitting right ,like is too small or something. So mad about they trying to hide something that it was very noticeable Any ways it has been 4 months and my back bumper still not fixed the right way ,waste of time and gas with this place I should of went elsewhere.
