Abra was, hands down, the best autobody repair business I have ever dealt with. Chris was my rep and she kept me informed each step of the way. They did an outstanding job - including the interior/exterior clean up before they handed the car back over to me. No matter who I spoke with they seemed to know and understand the status of my car. My 2015 Durango got banged up in a hit and run by a Tesla. I had damage on both driver and passenger sides, some $12,500 I believe. Kathy at ABRA was incredibly helpful, they kept me up to date the entire process during the repairs. After I picked up my vehicle, I discovered one minor repair had been missed. I called Kathy and she immediately ordered the part and got me taken care of. Though I do work for H&H Auto Parts and we deal with ABRA on a regular basis, I felt I got the same treatment as any other customer would have, good solid communication and I cannot complain about the work they did. Thank you ABRA and thank you Kathy.
