The Three Amigos Auto & Tire Repair

This place USED to be great. Had a very community, small shop feel. After they let go of one of their best and diligent mechanics (I will not name), it has quickly gone down hill. My dad went in yesterday and was denied service after waiting thirty minutes. Particularly, he was denied service after bringing up how different the customer service was now that there are new employees. I am disappointed in Juan (Owner) and how he has ran this business. My father was still willing to be a loyal client after losing his trusted mechanic and you guys did him wrong. Will BOTH now be taking business elsewhere as my father is an immigrant and it’s hard to find a trusted mechanic as is. This place is good if you need a quick untrustworthy fix. There is a waiting area that makes you want to puke, has zero amenities, and will make you sit on van seats. More like the “The NO amigos Tire Shop”

A guy I talked to a couple of weeks ago told me if I got my check engine light to come back on we would go from there so I could pass emissions. Well the check engine light finally came back on Thursday. So I called on Friday with nothing but an answering machine and I was at work. They are open on Saturdays till 3pm. So I called 14 times with nothing but an answering machine????So I finally decided to drive there at 2pm finding 3 males hanging out talking. They glanced at me and just kept talking so I hung out for a few more minutes. And still nothing so I got in my car and left???? I'm white if that makes a difference????

I recommend everyone to go here. These guys know what there doing and there not out to rip people off like the other shop thats in town. I've been taking all of my cars here since 2017.
