This place gets a lot of respect on my behalf as I had a very troublesome experience with Insurance. Classic collision Helped me as much as possible to make the process as smooth an easy as possible. as they went out of there way with great service an the most possible help they could provide! would highly recommend this shop to the next person with there car troubles!!

By far the worst place you can take your car to I dropped my my car off November.9th 2023 didn’t get the car back till December 4th 2023 it had some front end damage due to someone backing into me so they had to replace the front number cover radiator support being they had to replace the radiator support they had to take the radiator out and put new antifreeze in it the hood had some scratches so they fixed that and driver side headlight assembly mechanically the car was great nothing wrong with it at all jus some body damage! When I picked my car up on the 4th everything looked and seemed fine until I started to smell antifreeze so I called them they told me to bring it back in so I did later that same day they told me they were replacing the radiator bkuz it was bad so I said ok then they called me back the next day saying the radiator was good and the water pump was bad and that the insurance won’t cover it and they can’t do any mechanic work like that all in all they don’t take ca

Update, Andy, the regional manager called me immediately once I went to the Classic Collision website and used the chat function. Thanks Andy! That's all I needed in the first place. I used this company as a car repair place twice when it was BJs auto. I got great service at that time. Drake, the son of the former owners is always nice and friendly and when it was BJs, he was extremely responsive. In July, I took my car back in because some of the repair job was failing. At that time, Drake told me it would be 10 business days until the part came in and to contact him to get something scheduled. It is now September 27 and after many phone calls (at least 5), I have not received a response from Drake. I just called again and asked if I could speak to someone else (his supervisor) and the front desk person told me that she would not go above Drake's head (well, if Drake doesn't respond to anything, how am I supposed to get my car fixed). So, here I am again waiting for Drake to respond a
