TLDR: Stop looking around for your van repair shop and go here. End of story. From insurance work -> final repair, Mike takes care of you. What happened: I crashed my van into a tree as shown in the photos. I’ve been living van life for 5 years now. I thought I had potentially totaled my van and it felt a bit overwhelming to leave the nomadic life I had been living for quite some time. Fix: When I finally got the van towed to Mikes shop, I asked him if it was fixable, he chuckled and said yes, “as if it was but a scratch.” Once he was given the green light to fix it by insurance, he had it done in less than two weeks. This happened December 19th. Most shops said best case they could start mid February, early March. Not only did he have the van coming out looking better than it did before the accident, he also helped me navigate insurance so we could all be happy. (He gets paid, I get the fix, insurance quotes are lining up.) I drove it 8 hours right after picking it up and it’s running

We feel blessed to have found Mike! He has proven to be very honest, helpful, and he gets things done in a timely manner. He goes above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. We came here to get a second opinion and it was the best decision we ever made!! He fixed our sprinter up at a fraction of the cost of our original estimate, and was very accommodating getting the van back to us. Truly knows what he’s doing, thanks Mike!!!

Mike is everything one hopes for from a mechanic. Honest, trustworthy, and reliable. He works quickly and efficiently. He understands that most of us live out of these rigs and cannot be without a home for very long. Nothing but positive things to say about about this business. Will definitely be back for all my Sprinter needs.
