I highly recommend this business. We had just bought a used car, and two days later we heard a rattling sound. No shop would see us to quickly look at the car. We assumed it was the transmission and found ATEC online. Robin was incredibly professional and helpful and agreed to squeeze us in the next morning. They looked at the car, and while we were fully expecting to need a new transmission, it was just a loose bracket. They fixed this bracket at no cost to us. They are so helpful and honest, and we had a great experience. I would give them more stars if I could. Service: Transmission

Highly recommend this business. Very professional and honest owner. We were traveling from KS to CO and noticed a sound we thought was a transmission problem. We called and requested an appointment to run a diagnostic before we traveled home to KS. We were accommodated without an appointment on a Saturday morning! A great big “Thank you” goes out to Automotive Transmission Engineering Corporation for the professional courtesy we received and the informative explanation from the owner, Donald Ramer, regarding what was causing the sound. We were reassured that we were most likely safe to drive home to KS. When it was time to leave we asked how much we owed them for the diagnostic and they insisted there was no charge. We needed to have our transmission rebuilt, and so far, we have no complaints. It took 2 weeks to get the repair done. The customer service was great; they answered all of our questions and kept us informed throughout the whole process. There was only one nuance, but it had to do with Google Maps. When looking for the location, Google sends you to the wrong location and then tells you to walk the rest of the way. So, I would suggest calling ahead so that Automotive Transmission can guide you to the right location until Google gets it right.
