Took my car in for an oil change, 2 days later the shield under my car was dragging on the ground, getting snow and rocks all up inside my car. Jacked up the car on both sides and put some screws in (that I paid for) and took it back to make sure I did everything right. Turns out I did, and essentially fixed the problem for them. And when asking for a refund they offered me a credit for $100 towards my next oil change.. Why would I trust them for another oil change when they didn’t get the first one right. 0 stars. I appreciate their friendly customer service, determination to find what may be wrong, and their transparent evaluation.
