NIck's shop replaced the steering rack on my 2017 BMW. There were a coupe hiccups but did everything as promised. They are an honest shop!

First review I've ever written: I'll never go back because Big Nick lost his mind on the phone and told me to never come back. The owner (Big Nick) approached me while I was towing an '85 Fiero and he offered to fix the car that day. I accepted his offer. This was on a Friday and I picked it up Monday after they closed (no big deal he had it over the weekend, I didn't need it). However, after picking it up I had some questions and a couple of concerns so I tried to get a hold of him for 3 days. He never returned my call. The nice lady in the office apologized multiple times for him. When I did get a hold of him he started yelling at me over the phone. I asked about the extra gaskets in my trunk and I wanted to let him know my hood wasn't closed, the vents were not put back on the engine compartment, and there were still rags on top of the engine. I didn't ask for anything or even raise my voice. He literally yelled at me and told me that he did me a favor by working on the car and
