Excellent experience with Caliber in Centennial. They were the only shop willing to take in my non-drivable vehicle immediately after an accident. I called 10+ other shops that were quoting 8+ weeks out and I was completely stressed until I talked with Caliber. I was met with kindness and professionalism when I first called and talked to Lori. Alexa was our estimator and she is fantastic! Great communication, organized, and keeps you well informed throughout the process. We enjoyed receiving daily communication about our vehicle (text, call, or updates on the carwise tracker). They finished it 1.5 weeks earlier than estimated which was such a blessing as we were paying a lot of $ out of pocket for our rental car. I expressed this stress to Alexa and she seemed determined to get the vehicle back to us asap. It was nice to feel understood and prioritized.
