Firestone Complete Auto Care

Guest came in for a tire check, the worker up front said maybe we can it’s extremely busy in here but pull up to the bay and we’ll try to help you. The lady waited over 30 minutes and continued to wait. After she asked another employee to help her and the employee said yes we’ll get that taken care of for you. She left the worker up front made the comment that she could have went across the parking lot and filled it for free by herself. I understand that this location is under staff but this type of customer service is uncalled for. Tire check takes a small amount of time and is a service that Firestone offers to their customer. She was a mature lady that might not know how to check or even put air in her tires by herself and is dependent on places like Firestone to help her for all tire needs.

Was 100 miles from home and needed a new battery. Selected Firestone from my insurance tow options because they were listed to be open until 7. When I called to confirm that Firestone had my size battery, I was told they were closing early due to staffing shortages from covid absences. Tony, up from Pueblo (where I was trying to get home to), stayed open to accommodate my battery replacement. Thanks for saving my day and with crazy fast service to boot!

Always had a good experience with this location. Knowledgeable staff, quick turnaround on my vehicle, never had lingering issues. Most recent service came when I had to have my tire looked at, I was in from out of town for the holidays and they got me in right away and even though they couldn’t help due to a cracked rim, they threw the spare on and got me out within an hour.
