This place was great and easy to work with. They were communicative throughout the entire process and worked very hard to get the vehicle back as quickly as possible, even when there was a parts shortage, including obtaining a part all the way from Japan in a short time period.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work provided to me and my experience with the staff was excellent. Paul was very friendly, polite and provided frequent updates on the progression of my vehicle. I would not hesitate to use this body shop again and will most assuredly recommend their services to other prospective car owners. Also, I was very thankful to Paul for providing a ride for me to pick up my vehicle when it was finished as I had no other viable means of transportation. 5 stars, thank you Caliber! Loved my experience here. All of the staff were excellent! My car was returned to me earlier than expected and cleaner than when I dropped it off! It was such a nice touch - I was kept informed on every step of the process - I’d never needed auto body work done before in my young adult life and Terry and his whole team really helped ease my mind and walk me through everything - paper work, estimates, rental etc. really pleased with their work and communication ! If I’m ever in the unfortunate situation that I need auto body work done again, i will come to this caliber ! Thanks again!
