The best in Denver, I am an auto shop owner myself and I can tell you that the guys at this location know what they are doing. They have respect for you and your vehicle and they are not super pushy with sales tactics. This is the only shop I trust for my basic vehicle needs, not even the dealership compares to these guys.
I have NEVER given a bad review in my life, but we are frustrated with this company and how they treat customers. My husband took his car to this location for a brake and oil change last Thursday. His brakes were making a grinding noise. We were told by a worker that Mitsubishi pieces together random car parts and that they did not have the brake pads in stock that fit his car. We waited 3 hours for his car to get finished, paid over $600, and went home. The next day, we noticed that when we went over bumps while driving, there was a noise that sounded like something was loose. He said there is rust on the rotors edge and determined that is the cause of the shaking steering wheel at high speeds. He also stated that when driving and braking, the rotors gain heat and cause them to warp. That would make sense if I braked and the steering wheel shook but it does not.The one time I warped my brakes on a different car was when I used too much brakes going down a mountain for 2 or so hours. I drove the mini van through Wyoming to Colorado at 75 mph with little to no braking in bewteen towns and the steering wheel was shaking at high speeds; not braking. Seems like the techs are lazy with their diagnostics and want to earn a quick buck. I took my business elsewhere as they wanted to just replace my brake pads and rotors. Erik even sent me pictures of the rust. I looked at my car and
