Olympic Coachcraft

My vehicle was hit on the passenger side fender. They took really good care of my damages and got me back on the road in no time. They where in contestant contact with me and my claim adjuster. They made it so easy to have my car repaired.

Olympic Coachcraft provides excellent service in every way. When I brought my BMW in for repairs, the team at Olympic Coachcraft effectively and successfully interfaced with my auto insurance carrier, with the rental car agency, and with me. Their communication is proactive and prompt. Most importantly, the work is totally top notch - my car literally looked showroom new when returned to me. No small detail was left unchecked, and for the first time in my experience, there was not one item needing additional attention or touch up work when they said the car was done and ready for pick up. I have worked with various shops in the West Los Angeles area, all of which claim to be "high end" and to specialize in various luxury car makes, but based on this experience, nobody gets the job done like Olympic Coachcraft. As a nice bonus, the team of women at Olympic Coachcraft are very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
