My girlfriend came here to get a nail removed from her tire and repaired. They said it would be no charge, as it never is to repair the tire. When they were done, they went back on their word and charged my girlfriend $30. Service: Tires
Came in to get my bald tires replaced. The team at Firestone were beyond helpful and accommodating to my and my car’s needs. And on top of the great service, they gave me a better deal than the quote i got from other locations. Thanks guys! I’ll definitely be back.
A former associate had his car serviced here in June of last year and Firestone was great! Very professional, polite, and accurate. The staff did a really good job on his hybrid. He came back two more times during his stay in Los Angeles.
