I went in for services and inspection of my vehicle recently. Everyone there was very patient, responsive, and helpful! I particularly want to shout out to Art who is at the Retail parts department for promptly navigating me through the process of ordering the correct parts from Germany , setting up service appointment, and communicating with other staff at the service center for me. Also I really appreciate Nick who processed all the paper work. Robert was also the man behind the scene who skillfully performed the service for my vehicle. Although I initially experienced a one month maintenance without a courtesy vehicle due to a lack of responsiveness from Mario, the situation was ultimately resolved with the help of the manager and specialist, Richard. Despite the initial setback, the professionalism and attentiveness of the management and staff at the dealership ultimately resulted in a satisfactory outcome. It is not uncommon to encounter less-than-ideal experiences at service centers, but it is important to seek out the individuals who are committed to providing exceptional service and support. With persistence and patience, one can find the right people to assist with any issues that may arise.
