Quality Tune-Up

I hate giving bad reviews but my experience with tjis shop deserves it! I got a quote online and an appointment for 8am. I was there on time but the shop wasn't ready. At about 8:15am the person behind the counter showed up. Already they are not prepared to do business. The quote i got was obviously to get me in the door and was off by about $200! I wouldn't give Quality Tune-up my business and stopped by Tillys Automotive. They got me right in and did the job for about $200 less than this place! Truck runs perfect and i have a mechanic i can rely on. This place is waaaay overpriced!

If I could give a NO star rating I would. I brought my truck into this establishment for a pre-purchase inspection. I am a single female who is not a car mechanic so I needed to find out if I was purchasing a solid vehicle. Today, two days after the purchase the vehicle will not start, it will not turn over at all. When I called to tell this company they told me that it was only a safety inspection and that they do not do any type of diagnostic testing and that I should have known that. I'm sorry, but why would I pay $120.00 for a safety-only inspection? I hope this deters anyone from using this company, they do not stand behind their work at all, and to think this is a Veteran Owned establishment, shame on you... Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great customer service. Always pleasant and never pushy or try to up sell you stuff you don't need. Waiting room is clean. Definitely recommend appointment.
