Toyota Service

I have been bringing my 2001 Avalon here for years. My Avalon has over 326000 on it and going strong!! I always change the oil at about 3000 - 3500 miles and have done so since the car was new. Best service I have ever had!!! Chris Martinez has provided me with wonderful service for years. He always gives me the best deals and has been responsible for helping me to make important decisions about things. I view Chris as a friend...as I do with many who work here. Great bunch of people and a pleasure to do business with them!!

It was difficult to schedule a time to bring my truck in for service, I had to wait a week and a half for an oil change. Arrived at dealership and service advisor was great. The service was complete in an hour..My tires were measured at 8/32 brand new but I have 38k miles, so not accurate. I drove my truck home and parked it in the driveway and 6 hours later there were several oil drops on my driveway. The lube technician spilled oil over my front suspension and then I get to clean it all up. You would think paying double the price for an oil change would have better results then what I received. Went to Roseville Toyota for routine maintenance. I made an appointment, hoping it would help me get me in and out quickly. I was told for the mileage of my vehicle they would be checking fluid levels and rotating the tires. Two hours into my appointment I went back to the service representative to find out why it was taking so long. She went to check on my vehicle. She came back and told me they had just started the inspection. She gave me the option of taking my vehicle and coming back another time or waiting. I chose to wait and it took a total of 2 hours and 43 minutes for them to finish a very simple task. I asked what is the point of an appointment if it takes this long. She told me the appointment simply guarantees the work gets completed that day and when I arrived I was put in the queue. I’m not sure this business understands the meaning of an appointment. Got my vehicle and left, only to find they never reset my maintenance required light and didn’t replace my service remind
