One of the best experiences I've had with car maintenance. My service representative, Shea, was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and efficient. Shea was helpful and worked with my schedule. The team who worked on my car notice an issue and alerted Shea so the issue could be taken care of quickly. My car was still under warranty so it made it easier for me. Jason was awesome, and helped us greatly when our brand new Subaru’s air condenser sustained unexpected and unlikely damages. This is a quality service center that takes pride in what they do. Hats off to Jason for his help with Evan and I.

Subaru dealership that does not use Subaru OEM parts/fluids during service. Long story: I stopped by for an oil change last week. Later, when I made it home, I noticed that the newly installed filter is aftermarket by Precision Parts. I brought it up with the dealer and, apparently, it is a standard practice at AutoNation. Furthermore, the oil that they use for the oil changes is not Subaru recommended either, but a cheaper Pennzoil. When I take the car to the dealer, I am not looking for the cheapest service (there are better places for that) but for service done right using the factory recommended OEM parts and fluids. That was not the case this time. On the positive side, I had very pleasant interactions with the advising team on several occasions and sales people are also down to Earth.
