I bought a car for my son and had him run a diagnostics on. Needless to say, there was a lot of issues with this vehicle, and I had to take him back to the dealer for a refund. At the end of the day he didn’t charge me for the diagnostic check which I really appreciate it because I had to pay $250 restocking fee on top of canceling my auto insurance so I was out of pocket about $800.00 you know I will get all my business when it comes to my vehicles and I’ll spread the word to as well. I took my Genesis to midas for a severe engine malfunction... The service was outstanding for all the hoops the owner and my technician had to go through to make sure I got back a 100% Job well done, I applaud them. I don't think the general customer understands what these guys have to go through for warranty covered work. After a nightmare of a work order I dumped on them, I got back a car that I truly love and it is now better then ever.. without dropping a huge review let's jus say I personally won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Disappointed and left feeling unsafe, I brought my car in to the Roseville Midas location because the location on Greenback didn’t do the work correctly. They let me know what it was and fixed it. They assured me I was in good hands and since I have a extended warranty a lot of it has been covered BUT…… About 2-3 weeks later I’m back in the shop for the same oil leak they “fixed” 2 weeks later I’m back in for a gas leak- apparently my Fuel pump went out, 2 weeks later I’m on the freeway and have to pull over on the highway because I feel plastic flapping around. I look underneath and see that they didn’t screw in the cover on the bottom of my car and it’s completed cracked now, No I didn’t hit anything and no it wasn’t like that before. Don’t bring your car here unless you want to be a frequent Flyer and be put in situations as dangerous as my car leaking gas and oil. At this point I feel it’s intentional to keep customers coming back there’s no reason I should be seeing them every 2 w
