I stopped in because my exhaust pipe clamp had released, allowing the pipe to hang loose mid-run, which released exhaust gas directly under the passenger compartment and made the truck run both loudly and poorly. Despite the clearly busy repair department, someone came out with hand tools and made the minor repair immediately, taking only about ten minutes in all from arrival to payment. I greatly appreciate the attention!

I had to deal with the unprofessional staff from this shop. I waited for more than two weeks for a quote on some parts I had to buy for my car. Every time I called, they told me that I would receive a quote that day, and they never sent it. I also went to the shop twice, and they had an excuse every time I went. I paid 60 dollars for a revision, and it was worthless since I didn't even get the quote and don't know which parts I have to replace from my car. Service: General repairs & maintenance
