Sonny was the mechanic who took care of me. He was incredibly efficient, professional, and he genuinely seemed interested in helping me make the best decision (rather than just trying to get the most money out of me!). He ran the codes of my car for free when the engine light was on, and he gave good advice about next steps, estimate prices, and checked under the hood. He ended up recommending some additional advice because I had a rodent infestation. All in all found it to be great service and really positive experience.

I brought our car in because it was hard to steer and I could hear a belt squeak. Multiple times when I called they hung up without saying anything. When I did get a hold of them they said I needed my power steering fluid pump replaced, which sounded plausible. When I picked up the car, it was just as hard to steer and the belt still squeaked. No improvement whatsoever. I went somewhere else and they quickly replaced the belt and now it's operating correctly. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance

I've come to this shop a few times now and I've had a great experience for every one. The crew is super friendly who, they fixed my ride up perfectly, no hidden surprises, and they treat students very well. If you're on Stanford campus, this is also the most conveniently located shop, which has made my life a lot easier for getting car repair. I definitely recommend them, especially for Stanford students.
