I got scratches on the passenger side, and my insurance company AAA referred me here. The whole process is very smooth and pleasant and efficient - very short wait, got my quote very fast, job was done fast etc. Nelson was my advisor - try to get him, he is great, works super hard, stayed past the store’s closing time to wait for me to pick up my car. While waiting for the job to get done there is text messages and phone calls that keep me updated on the process, and they are actually ahead of schedule - delivered the car back to me one day early.
Freddie is the BEST! GREAT customer service. Fast and responsible. Used him more than a few times over the last 25 years.
