Jiffy Lube

Fast service. I have a "foreign" car (Volkswagen) so it's was a little bit expensive but other than that, great, fast, and friendly staff.

I went in for an oil change. The entire process took about 30-40 minutes, and I was pleasantly surprised with service and time. After driving the vehicle to a nearby grocery store and doing my shopping, I turn the ignition over and notice a check engine light. I called back Jiffylube and told them about the check engine light. I was responded to with, “we did an oil change, that has nothing to do with the engine”. Wrong wrong wrong. I then had to call several mechanics just to have someone scan my vehicle. Spent the money to have it scanned, just to find out it was an air mixture code. The air filter was not set back correctly, nor did they bother to bolt back the filter box correctly. Big air leak. AND I was offered to top off my coolant for $5.00 just to later find that my coolant cap was missing and the reservoir left wide open. Highly highly do NOT recommend this location. The employees at the location I visited were so friendly and kind. They deserve some recognition. I was truly impressed. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Service: Oil change
