Excellent customer service provided by Sharron, Robert and Victor (from Banning site) between phone calls for information and in-person visit for service. Highly recommend.

Our AC went out while we were passing though on a road trip and they were able to look at our car immediately and get us back on the road in two hours! They were the only place open on a Sunday and their pricing was very fair.

The guy at the front desk is always rude to me and my wife. He tosses papers at me instead of handing them. He talks down to us when he over-explains the simplest issues with our cars, even when we have already told HIM what the problem is. Sometimes he just blatantly ignores us when we ask questions. I had to go here last minute before Christmas instead of where I prefer to go because Mountain View always screws up my car. Usually the levels of my fluids are too high or not filled up so I have to fix it myself. This time there was a panel under the glove compartment that is no longer attached, which means that air from outside constantly blows onto the passengers feet. This place is terrible and I would never recommend it to anybody.
