I was delayed 4 times from Dec 28 to Jan 20th. Notice that car was not ready came the morning of - a great inconvenience once making arrangements to return rental car and have someone take me to pick up the car.
I had the absolute best experience at this location. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic & the work was impeccable. A shout out to Frank who was my service contact for being so thorough & went above and beyond with his service.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had, with a company that claims to be professional. I chose caliber collision as I was under the impression they were the best. frank is unprofessional, condescending, and flat out rude. He talks in the patronizing demeanor to top it off he over charges and kept my car for 6 days and gave up after (detailing). After the storm we had my car had a leak on the passenger clearly under the glove box. FRANK suggested total loss. And said my insurance will not pay for it. Also, made facetious statement that all Nissan leaked water during storms. This is definitely a company that I will no longer do business, specifically cause of FRANK (MANAGER). Thankfully I took my car somewhere else and it's getting fixed.
