Great price! Excellent customer service! Perfect body work on my 2016 Civic!! They even cleaned the inside of my car!! 2/3/19. Needed another minor repair. Norm's charged me 1/3 of the quote from the Honda dealer....yes 1/3! Quote on Friday done on Saturday! 100% Honda parts. Did an excellent job. Nice people great work. My Civic was stopped and sandwiched; struck from the rear and pushed into the veh. in front. Lots of damage. It now looks like new. Great work! They made an effort to get OEM parts. They have outstanding communication, kept in touch throughout the process. John has a great eye for detail and decades of experience. End result was completed in a timely manner at a fair price. I've taken my car here a couple different times after some collisions and each time they have gone above and beyond. They are very organized and knowledgeable and they will not sugar coat the truth or try to sell you extra fixes you don't need. I also appreciated them delivering on the date they promise. I definitely recommend them for all collision repair.
