The short of it is that they tried to con me into getting my suspension rebuilt when it is far from needing any work. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they say that they needed to rebuild the suspension. I immediately became suspicious since I noticed nothing wrong with the suspension (no noises, anything wrong with the tires, no sway or lean, nothing). I wanted them to elaborate, but they gave me some nonsense babble about it and just said both the front and back needed replacement. It also needed dealer only parts. The work estimate was almost $1000, and the parts estimated $4-5000. So I declined and went to two other mechanics. One that my family trusts (this location is just more convenient for basic stuff like maintenance or tires), and even to a Toyota dealer (my model is a 2017 Toyota Corolla iM). Super helpful and friendly! I came for a tire pressure check and the gentleman was fast, friendly, and super helpful. He took care of the tire pressure issue, replaced a couple of missing caps, and showed me how to reset the car calibration to turn off the alert on my dash. I'm so impressed with the level of friendliness and speed! Thanks so much!

Brought in car to get new tires, and they discovered a pretty major issue with the car. Made sure to explain the problem, as well as my options, and even helped me coordinate with my maxcare car protection plan. These guys do great work and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Will definitely bring my other cars here in the future.
