I was far from home when my car wouldn't start. It was 5pm when AAA towed me to Citywide. The owner Joe took care of me personally, quickly diagnosing a bad starter. Frank who manned the front office kept me company. I had a great time and my car was completely fixed within 2 hours at a good price. They were an answer to my prayers!
I took advantage of the limited time for a free Inspection as a AAA member and I was 100% satisfied.Rob was very professional and friendly he did an amazing job not just explaining but showing me everything I needed to know about my car. Love the service. I would diffently go back to have my car service.
Always give excellent customer service. My favorite thing they provide is a ride home or back to the shop if your car needs be there for the day. Joe is very honest in what your car needs. I’ve been coming here since I was 16 when he checked out my first car that used to see if it was a good purchase.
