Got a new part for my tie rod end done here. No problem with the part and installation looked good. The problem was that they didn’t do an alignment for my car which was noticeable right away. I didn’t ask if they aligned my car before I left because I expected it was just part of the process when you change or replace part of the tie rod end. I drove back and asked if they had done an alignment and said they didn’t. They ended up sending me to a tire shop down the street. And like I expected the alignment was off...
