Good place to shop

I took my car in for service today and I was really impressed with the level of customer service and honesty from my service advisor Bryan Hoffrichter. He was prompt, honest and did not try to upsell me on services that were not needed. I drove all the way from Long Beach to Buena Park because I had a terrible experience at the Long Beach Mercedes Benz. So bad that I rather drive to another county to service my car. Bryan was very accommodating and was able to get me a loaner since I needed to drive to work. The car was serviced a lot faster than I anticipated and was it completed before lunch. My car was getting sluggish and Bryan and the maintenance team were able to get the car back to its glory power days. I’m definitely a fan now. Bryan is totally awesome and an asset to the House of Imports.

Purchased a G wagon last Sunday, right before Christmas from House of Imports and took the car in for some items that we agreed upon prior to sale. MELISSA N. was a huge help! She’s been helpful, understood our schedule and helped make it work for us. She’s also to the point, advocated for us and has been super transparent. We have other cars including Toyotas and a Maserati and so far Melissa has been our favorite service advisor to date among all those service departments as well!
