Amazing experience and quick friendly service!! Went to Fix to have my cadillac converter replaced and was informed by my insurance of a national back order but was shocked by the quick turn around at fix. Also had my bumper repaired since I figured it’d be there for a while… best decision!! My car looks and feels brand new. Will definitely be coming back if I need any repairs in the future!

So they took care of me and my vehicle very well from the first day i took my truck in til the last day i got it. The customer service was 10/10 very polite, professional, and considerate. I brought my fleet vehicle here to get an estimate and ended up having them replace the rear bumper. They were calm, polite and understanding. Had my car exactly a week. And upon returning it to me they cleaned it inside and out really nice....which they didn't have to do and I wasn't expecting. They offered to return my rental car for me - which saved me a lot of hassle this morning. I drive a fleet vehicle so I didn't pay attention to the price. But I did pay attention to the courtesy I was given and professional way I was taken care of. Thank you so much Fix Auto team!
