I showed up at Firestone 15 minutes to closing (sorry bout dat) and Alek, the technician, was so amazing and offered to patch my tire. He was kind and personable and I appreciated him personally offering to do this. I just spent the whole day at another shop waiting to have my tire fixed and was so frustrated when I got in my car and saw it was still having issues. He stayed late and replaced my tire for me so I wouldn’t have to worry about having a blowout. You made my whole night, Alek! I appreciate it!

I'd say it's mediocre. I asked for a service on my vehicle and ended up getting just an oil change. They charged over 80$ for it which is sub par. I got 4.3 quarts for 58$. It also took an hour and fifteen minutes. They also tried selling me a bunch of expensive stuff. They get 3 stars because they were able to get me in the day I called which was convenient, but I probably won't be going back. Service: Oil change
