Precision Toyota of Tucson Service Center

Poor experience. Took in my 2023 Tundra (purchased on 12/30/22) because front seat panel broke. This is a common problem for 2022-2023 Tundra (Google or YouTube it). Arrived for appointment at 10:15a, waited at dealership for 2 hours and did not receive any updates on vehicle status until I approached service counter. Was informed my vehicle was being looked at lead technician to see if part would qualify for warranty work. I asked if part was in stock and was told they couldn’t tell me. After 30 more minutes of waiting they called me and said work would be covered under warranty but part needed to be ordered. I now have to 1-1.5 weeks for part to come in. The reason for my 1 star rating is the lack of communication and expectation setting provided by dealership. I understand things take time, a simple update within the first hour indicating your vehicle is being worked on, a simple the part that may or may not be covered under warranty is in stock or not. I’ve been going here for years. Buying cars, parts and doing service. Consistently great. A few bumps. This time, the service was the best I’ve had. And the best alignment my modified 4runner has ever had, even compared to specialty 4x4 shops. They got all the specs dialed in perfectly side to side. Amazing. Service: Wheel alignment

I’ve had my 2005 Camry maintained & serviced only by Precision Toyota. I’ve had excellent service, especially customer service, starting with Peter. Cameron did not disappoint. He was very attentive but most of all he listened. He has the rare talent of combining the most important repairs needed with the limitations of the client. I know that the next time I need service, the person I’ll reach out to is Cameron Farquhar. He is truly a rare gem!
