Royal Collision Center - Auto Mall Body Shop

Repair took over 2 months. Told parts were difficult to get. OK. When we received the call to come and get the car we were shown the work from the rear end collision. This all appeared ok. We were handed the keys and the person left. When I walked to the side of the cat there was a good size dent and paint scratch to the metal of the car. That was not there when we left the car and was not part of the accident. I would say it happened while on their lot and ought to have been repaired before the car was released to us. Also as I started the car it registered 4 tires with low air. I would say that for over $7000 of repair costs that vehicle wasn’t really ready. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Trying to leave this as unopinionated as possible so you can make your own decisions on this place of business yourself. My trunk part was ordered in December and the replacement appointment was in January. It was then pushed out until March 21st as the part was on back order which I know is no fault of the repair center. It was estimated 2-3 days, on the third day I called 3 separate times and was given no answer until the agent called me back right before they closed to leave a voicemail saying my car would not be ready until the following Wednesday another 7 days later. This was not communicated effectively. The next Wednesday they continued to push it out again until that following Friday leaving it to be 2 weeks instead of 2-3 days. In the voicemail the agent left he admits that his workers didn’t know what they were doing and that they had to redo the work multiple times on the trunk and repaint, doubling my estimated original cost, also thankful insurance covered these costs. Amazing service, awesome staff, wonderful experience. After a collision, my Honda Civic was serviced by Leo (technician) and supported by Emily (receptionist) and I cannot express my immense gratitude to Royal Collision and their staff and partners for their help getting my car back to top-notch and for working with the insurance company to make this experience incredibly smooth and stress-free.
