My family has used Buck's Automotive for more than 15 years. They are honest, trustworthy and treat our '67 F100 pickup and the other vehicles we have owned as if they were their own. I can count on them to finish the repairs when they say, at the cost they estimate and be relied upon to only do and charge for the repairs requested. No surprises!. I strongly recommend Buck's - and it is a locally owned and run business! Bucks helped me keep the world greener! Bucks repaired my 2009 Hybrid Malibu and kept it out of the landfills. I bought the first Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid in 2008 as I wanted to be greener, and Obama gave me a $9000 tax credit. The Car is legally a lemon but Bucks got it to run again! All the new electric cars have no experienced mechanics. However, Bucks took the time to educate themselves so I and other electric car owners will have an alternative to expensive dealer repairs. Thanks Mike

She did the research and had it towed to Buck's. The replaced the alternator and battery (which I'm currently discussing with the oil change place). She drove 10 hours and the car died again. Another tow and another shop led to another ($367) battery. 2.5 hours later, the car dies. We called a tow company and the tow guy figured out that a nut wasn't screwed on to the alternator tightly. I called Buck's and talked with Nathan. No denial conversation, nothing but empathy/sympathy for our situation and the entire phone call was about how they could make it right. While it most likely was an error on their part that contributed to the nightmare, it was hand
