The company canceled their mission directly calling me as we had been waiting on the side of the road for over 2 hours, the insurance did not seem to know they had canceled so we waited more until they could call someone else. They canceled just because I asked if they would take the two motorcycles instead of one (I don't ride at night). I would have taken a "no" for an answer, but not a last minute cancelation. When I called back they did not answer the phone or returned my call.

I parked downtown in a lot without paying and they towed my truck . I knew not paying that this could happen and it did . I thought it was going to be a horrible experience but actually i wouldn't want my truck to be towed by anyone else you could tell that they took care in removing and dropping it correctly and i was worried maybe there would be damage but there was none. The office lady was actually really nice , i apologized and she actually gave me a fair amount of the price off . Lesson learned i will always pay before parking ! Somtimes people get so upset at these companies just like they do police for getting tickets but you have to remember they are just doing what they have to and it was 100% my fault for not paying the 8$ i will actually be using this company whenever or if ever i break down. Wouldnt recommend anyone else in town. Completely respectful and actually gave me a deal . I see some of the reviews on here and im guessing that if they didnt wanna pay the tow fee

My check engine came on and I coded it my self. It was either my fuel pump or fuel injectors. I was referred to this location and honestly I was very trepidacious about taking my car in. I thought I'd have to pay a fortune to get either one of these two problems fixed. To my surprise I met with the owner and his wife and told them my story. They were so kind and open to my story. They fixed my issue quickly and they didn't charge me for the labor. I also found out that they've been doing work in tucson for 20 plus years I'll never go to another mechanic.
