This shop and the workers there were nothing short of amazing!! My jeep overheated and I pulled in there just to let it cool down but I knew it needed fixed but I had no $ but figured I would stop in and see if there was anything they could do just to get me home. They put it in the shop and topped it off with antifreeze and was hoping to get me on the road. However it needed more work so they said they would look deeper into it and see what it was. They called the next day and kept me updated and got it fixed! I told them I didn’t have a ride and they said they would send a car to me. I got them paid using one of their finance options and picked my Jeep up!! They were nothing but kind and respectful to me the whole time. I just moved her about 6 weeks ago and I w know exactly who I will take my vehicles to from here on out!!! Had a great experience. This was my first time going there. As I heard them speak to other people, I heard them genuinely Tell the customer The truth about their situation on their automobile. I will be taking another vehicle in this week plus my mother's. Vehicle I had a fuel cleaning on my car. And it seems to be performing even better. Had my vehicle towed here for service as it wouldn't start but had power. After the diagnostic I was told I needed to have the PMC replaced and recoded. This part sits right on top of my battery and literally takes a few minutes to replace. Jay tells me that the repairs would cost about $2400 as the part was $1000, where he deducted the DX fee which brought the price down $200. I initially told them to proceed but then thought to do my research as $2200 is quite the ticket. I found the part new from the dealership for $400. Understandably, this upset me so I called the dealership and asked that they give me an estimate...the dealership came back with parts, labor and (optional) diagnostic price of $1300. I immediately called to have work stopped on my vehicle...upon this phone call we discussed the markup on the part where Jay told me that he was charge $658 for the part. True or not, I do not believe that a repair shop will not pay more for parts than I would at a dealership. I do hav
