Brakes Plus

Got here a couple mins before they opened, I didn't have an appointment but they were still able to get me on and out quick. I stayed inside Ian provided really great customer service and company. I highly recommend coming here!

My partner and I thought we were having brake troubles coming from California to Phoenix so we stopped here because of reviews. They were able to fix the brakes and replace a wheel bearing, which was the actual cause of the noise. These guys were polite, quick, and even found us a deal to save us a little money. We highly recommend!

Who ever worked on my vehicle was not happy to do their job. My vehicle was making noises. I found my radio screen crack on the bottom left that is closer to the shifter. Called a few times to see if a manager would call me back in regards to that issue. (No call back) spoke to Braden and supposedly took notes. I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion before I step foot into brake plus again. Being already upset about my radio screen. Took my vehicle into a mechanic shop in downtown Buckeye and saw everything was loss like the control arms, ball joints ( reason to the popping noises) To who ever takes in their vehicle to this location, please be cautious and aware of your vehicle take pictures before hand of your vehicle for proof of damages done. Since nobody will come forward to the damages done.
