Brake Masters #223

They were fast. When trying to present a coupon for $30.00 off on the brake service that is advertised, the employee didn't want to honor it, but when my son asked the manager it was applied immediately. I suggest presenting it right away so it's not an issue.

I came into Brake Masters the day before I was to leave to go on a trip with my travel trailer out of state. I woke up to a dead battery in my truck and was able to get it started and took it right over to Brake Masters I was so happy they were able to get me immediately and replaced the battery, had the oil changed, all the fluids, checked, and tire pressure. I was able to leave on my trip the next morning feeling much safer. I can't tell you how thankful I am that got me in so quickly and took great care of my needs. Thank you brake masters!

Really disappointed, twice now. I have been going here for quite some time and a few months ago with my oil change, my husband said about a week or so after that he didn't think the actually changed my oil. I just shrugged it off since I had never had an issue before. Well I went back a couple weeks ago for another oil change and of course they told me how badly I needed a radiator flush and my serpentine belt was cracked and needed to be replaced too. Because of the cost at the time, I did what I could with the high mileage oil change and the radiator flush. Within minutes of them calling me, my husband called and told me not to do the radiator flush but when I called them back 2 minutes later they stated that they had already started and were just about done. So I paid. Well here we are a couple weeks later and we took our car in for some other issues, only to be told by this recommended tech that I badly needed an oil change because of how dark my oil was.
