Brake Masters #223

I have used them in the past for oil change and I knew I was coming up on my next oil change and I was in the area. I stopped by at about 11 AM and the waiting room was full and I didn’t think they would be able to help me out, but the gentleman said sure we can get you taken care of in about an hour. So I told him I was going to wait for my car and walk around the different stores in the area. By the time they called me back to tell me my car was finished I was in the middle of a purchase at a store about 5 Minutes away. They were faster than I thought very efficient and they even check the air pressure in my tires, which I thought I was going to have to go next-door to the tire place to get those checked. They are very thorough, professional, and nice. I will always take my Subaru to get my oil changed here or I will take it to the Subaru dealer. They were fast. When trying to present a coupon for $30.00 off on the brake service that is advertised, the employee didn't want to honor it, but when my son asked the manager it was applied immediately. I suggest presenting it right away so it's not an issue.

I came into Brake Masters the day before I was to leave to go on a trip with my travel trailer out of state. I woke up to a dead battery in my truck and was able to get it started and took it right over to Brake Masters I was so happy they were able to get me immediately and replaced the battery, had the oil changed, all the fluids, checked, and tire pressure. I was able to leave on my trip the next morning feeling much safer. I can't tell you how thankful I am that got me in so quickly and took great care of my needs. Thank you brake masters!
