Mavis Tires & Brakes

A bit disappointed honestly; friendly staff but slow work, not giving the online discount, and surprised at the quality of the brake check.. Had an appointment at 10AM and showed up; was told it'd take 30 minutes to check the brakes and it ended up being over an hour. They had an angry customer come in to complain about their vehicle after the work had been completed so I cut them some slack. Was told I needed new rotors and brakes. $409/axle was quoted when online it was $159 for pads installed (plus ~$120 more expected for the new rotors and labor). This should have cost about $240 less than charged. On top of that, the brakes are still incredibly soft. I figured surely during the test drive they'd have noticed that but apparently not, I was sent on my way. Noticed it just as I was leaving the parking lot but I had already spent some 4.5 hours there waiting on a brake job and needed to be on my way. I absolutely love and trust Mavis off the parkway/governors. Killee is by far the most helpful and knowledgeable I’ve ever experienced getting my car fixed. I greatly appreciate her customer service and hospitality. She also showed me and taught me what the issue was which helped me gain knowledge and now I’m able to share that knowledge with others. I recommend everyone come here.

Micah was very respectful has good customer service I definitely would recommend coming here had 3 tires put on within a hour and a half they worked so quickly it was great.
