Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’m only giving two stars for the fact that my tire mounting was done. I didn’t have an appointment, so I knew that it would be a bit for my car to get taken care of and I was understanding of that. But I dropped my car off at noon and didn’t get called to say it was finished until 5:25. They didn’t get my car back to be looked at until 4:30. That still isn’t my chief complaint. When I went to pick up I got there literally five minutes after they called. When I pulled up all the workers were in the garage area and they actively saw me walk into the building from where they were. I got to the desk and waited fifteen minutes for someone to even just walk to the desk to service me. I watched them walk by the door multiple times and see me. The guy working the desk rolled his eyes at me when I was trying to make small talk and according to my husband was giving him looks when we came in earlier to drop my vehicle off. Rude, unorganized front counter rep. Understand short staff, but it doesn't hurt to smile and be nice! If you don't like the job your working, then QUIT! So far so good on the work, only good thing i have to say for this place. Only reason they got 2 star. We will not be back! Plenty of tire shops/ firestones in town! Service: Tires

Very great staff. Clean place and organized. Sister -in-law had a 2hr wait and was 45min in the end. They carry the big SUV tires and the only ones that had them in stock. Thank you for getting us out of a bind.
