Great customer service! Extremely helpful, and got me back on the road

I had just lowered the aftermarket suspension on my car, so I needed an alignment. I went to one place that I will not mention as they were very polite and helpful, but when I got there, the ramps were too steep. After a meeting, I started calling shops and these folks were the first to not bat an eyelash at the car being low. I asked how soon they could get to it, and being already caught up on their work for the day, I pulled in one hour later and was on my way with a perfect alignment an hour after that. I will be having these guys handle my alignments from here on out. I was so impressed with their service and punctuality that I HAD TO write this review.

The guys at this location are amazing! I got a flat downtown and walked into their shop 5 minutes before closing, but they still did everything they could to help. They were kind enough to put the donut on for me in case I wanted to find a shop closer to home, but I'm glad I left my car with them. I ended up leaving it overnight, and they fixed it first thing in the morning. They're really friendly and easygoing, and I've never had any complaints about the quality of the service.
