Joe Hudson's Collision Center

I was rear ended in June, and the other party’s insurance company recommended Joe Hudson Collision Center. I chose this particular location due to its proximity to my workplace. I dropped off my car for scheduled repairs August 9th with a tentative pickup date scheduled for the next week, August 16th. On the 16th, I initiated communication to determine when my vehicle would be repaired. I was told that there was more damage than originally assessed, and (due to the wait time to receive parts), it would be another week. I called again the following week on the 22nd to see what day and time my vehicle would be available. (Let’s take a moment to point out I am the one initiating communication for every interaction. Best business practice would be to communicate as soon as these delays arise to set customer expectations.) During that phone call (August 22) I was told it was in the painting stage and would be ready “definitely” by Friday, August 25th. I received a call on the afternoon of 2

I hit a wayward traffic pylon. Knocked out my fog light and broke the bumper. They did a great repair job, kept me updated on status, fixed it right the first time. Great customer service. Thanks so much!!
