I called in for an appointment since it was obvious or battery was at the end of its life. They performed the service on time and for a much more reasonable price than the dealer. The mechanic is knowledgeable and the receptionist was kind and attentive. We will be taking our car here for future services. Service: Auto battery replacement
Why haven’t you gone here yet?? Just do it !! Being a woman with a BMW can be tough because other mechanics will try to charge you for things you don’t need. Although I only went there to get my battery registered they were respectful and upfront about what’s right for my X5. They didn’t try to make me feel dumb or wrong.
